Research Interests:\nInvestigation of the molecular recognition mechanisms of coagulation proteases and their inhibitors and effectors. Elucidation of the biochemical links connecting inflammation, amyloidosis, neurodegeneration, and thrombosis, by integrating structural biology, protein engineering, enzymology, and both biophysical and biochemical approaches.\n\nExpertise:\nprotein chemistry, mass spectrometry, bio-spectroscopy, isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), surface plasmon resonance (SPR), enzyme kinetics, molecular biology techniques, practical haemostasis.
